360Solutions is seeking a dedicated Property Management Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and overseeing the company's property portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and value preservation.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to manage and monitor properties owned or managed by 360Solutions, ensuring their operational efficiency, preserving their inherent value, and consistently achieving targeted financial returns. This involves a proactive approach to property administration and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage contracts on the Ejar platform.
• Oversee property management activities, including re-leasing processes.
• Issue necessary marketing licenses from the General Real Estate Authority.
• Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and evictions, ensuring strict compliance with contractual terms.
• Track and facilitate rent and other dues collection, coordinating effectively on arrears.
• Conduct regular field visits to properties, assess their condition, and provide detailed observations and recommendations.
• Monitor operational expenses for properties and contribute to strategies for improving cost-efficiency and returns.
