Management Solutions International (MSI) is partnering with a prominent Facilities Management consultancy and services organization. This client specializes in providing FM advisory, management, and operational solutions for large and complex facilities and public environments across Saudi Arabia.

The Role: QHSE Manager

The client is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading QHSE across integrated Facilities Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain integrated QHSE systems in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Oversee QHSE across all integrated FM operations, including hard FM, soft services, maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Monitor and audit FM contractors to ensure compliance with QHSE requirements, RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), permits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Support the mobilization, transition, and operational readiness phases of FM services.
• Monitor QHSE KPIs and contractor performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations and Civil Defense requirements.
• Promote a strong QHSE culture among employees, contractors, and service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant QHSE management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and maintaining integrated QHSE systems.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience within Facilities Management operations is required.
