About the Role

Cisco is seeking a Renewals Specialist for the Collaboration portfolio to join the Software Recurring Revenue Sales organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is part of a global, dynamic team focused on delivering profitable growth by serving the customer lifecycle. The role is centered on driving renewals sales and ensuring a successful customer renewal experience for Cisco Collaboration solutions.

Role Context and Purpose

As the Renewals Specialist for your region, you will be responsible for managing the Collaboration portfolio. This involves sharing customer value propositions for Collaboration offers, addressing objections, adoption barriers, and competitive risks, and highlighting migration and expansion options. The role requires close collaboration directly with customers, partners, and internal team members across sales, engineering, and marketing to achieve relevant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and execute a sales pipeline based on upcoming renewals for near-term growth, while managing the future-term pipeline proactively.
• Demonstrate sales competence in communicating the business benefits of Collaboration Software to customers.
• Educate partners and partner teams on the Collaboration Renewals strategy, driving engagement and identifying business development opportunities.
• Utilize data analysis skills to support quote creation and close renewals opportunities for accounts.
• Lead and build sales opportunities, working with Cisco Partners, Collaboration Account Executives, and technical teams to develop renewal strategies for key accounts.
• Track current and potential customer interactions and drive opportunity progression through the sales cycle using *********** and *****

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English, including written and verbal communication for customer, partner, and internal business interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management.
• Experience working directly with customers and/or channel partners in a sales or renewal-related role.
• Experience using a CRM or sales tracking tool, such as ***********, to manage customer accounts, pipeline, or sales opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Salesforce and Gong.
• Experience with Cisco Install Base, Cisco software offers, or recurring revenue renewal cycles.
• A self-starter with high energy, a positive demeanor, and customer focus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and financial reports to propose, identify, and upsell renewals.
• Familiarity with recurring revenue renewal cycles.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
