About the Role

Cisco Saudi Arabia is seeking a full-time Renewals Specialist to join its Collaboration Renewals Sales team in Riyadh. This role is part of the Software Recurring Revenue Sales organization and is responsible for driving growth in renewals sales. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management.

Role Purpose and Team Context

The Renewals Specialist for the Collaboration portfolio focuses on ensuring a successful customer renewal experience. This involves communicating customer value propositions for Collaboration offers, addressing objections, and highlighting migration and expansion options. The role requires direct collaboration with customers, partners, and internal team members across sales, engineering, and marketing to achieve business outcomes and efficient experiences from Cisco solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and execute a sales pipeline based on upcoming renewals for near-term growth, while managing the future-term pipeline proactively.
• Communicate the business benefits of Collaboration Software to customers with sales competence.
• Educate partners and partner teams on the Collaboration Renewals strategy, driving engagement and identifying business development opportunities.
• Utilize data analysis skills to support quote creation and close renewals opportunities for accounts.
• Lead and build sales opportunities, collaborating with Cisco Partners, Collaboration Account Executives, and technical teams to develop renewal strategies for key accounts.
• Use *********** and **** to track current and potential customer interactions and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English, including written and verbal communication for customer, partner, and internal business interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management.
• Experience working directly with customers and/or channel partners in a sales or renewal-related role.
• Experience using a CRM or sales tracking tool, such as ***********, to manage customer accounts, pipeline, or sales opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Salesforce and Gong.
• Experience with Cisco Install Base, Cisco software offers, or recurring revenue renewal cycles.
• A self-starter with a positive demeanor and customer focus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and financial reports to propose, identify, and upsell renewals.
• Familiarity with recurring revenue renewal cycles.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
