Role Overview

As a Room Service Order Taker, you will be responsible for taking guest orders, communicating special requests to the kitchen, and coordinating the timely delivery of meals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to Four Seasons Standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service through efficient order taking via telephone.
• Clearly communicate specific dietary preferences, allergies, food restrictions, and unique instructions to the kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Maintain effective communication to ensure timely delivery of fresh and hot meals within the expected timeframe.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in food service or a related field.
• Ability to communicate professionally and accurately via telephone.

Experience Level

This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, including those with a minimum of one year in food service.
