We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCM Track Leader to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

About the SCM Track Leader Role

The SCM Track Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of supply chain management for our clients. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services. The role requires a proactive approach to optimizing supply chain performance and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to meet client needs.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a preference for experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Supply chain certification (*, APICS, CSCP) is considered a plus.
