About the Role

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Patient Acceptance Interviewer for a full-time position. This role involves coordinating patient referrals with medical departments and case management, processing medical physicians' opinions, and managing the referral workflow efficiently.

Role Overview

The Senior Patient Acceptance Interviewer plays a crucial role in the patient referral process, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments. The position requires meticulous attention to detail in handling referrals, resolving system-related issues, and assisting patients with rejected cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorts all incoming referrals from medical departments.
• Coordinates with Section Heads of medical departments to complete pending referrals.
• Files all referrals in chronological order for easy retrieval.
• Coordinates services and resolves problems related to the automated system with departments and employees.
• Evaluates all rejected cases to provide assistance to patients.
• Closes all cases upon completion.
• Adheres to all Hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Participates in self and others’ education, training, and development, as applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre. The role involves working closely with medical departments and case management teams.
