Sales Director

About the Role

JCA Associates is seeking a Sales Director for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is with an international cybersecurity services business and focuses on driving new-business growth across Saudi Arabia.

Role Context

This is a senior, quota-carrying individual-contributor position focused on new client acquisition rather than account management. The Sales Director will be responsible for building a market presence, generating a sales pipeline from the ground up, and opening strategic enterprise accounts without relying on an existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Develop opportunities through direct and partner channels.
• Lead complex sales cycles involving CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, and board-level stakeholders.
• Build relationships across major corporate and semi-government organisations.
• Own opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Position managed cybersecurity services around risk reduction and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over 10 years of cybersecurity sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of MDR, MSSP, DFIR, or threat-intelligence services.
• A proven record of winning new enterprise logos.
• Experience selling recurring managed cybersecurity services.
• An established network across the Saudi enterprise market.
• Experience developing partner-assisted pipeline.
• The ability to succeed in a greenfield, high-growth environment.
