Sales Executive

About the Role

Transmed is seeking a Sales Executive for its Food Service division in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing business with both new and existing accounts within the Foodservice sector. The Sales Executive will manage their own customer base, focusing on maintaining high customer satisfaction through product knowledge, strong relationship building, and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise existing and new customers on the company's product portfolio and provide culinary solutions.
• Attend product demonstrations and gather customer feedback.
• Understand customer buying motives to offer appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned geographical area.
• Grow sales with existing customers through strong relationships and technical consultancy.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to ensure high service levels post-order.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to advise customers on technical details and applications.
• Ensure all receivables and collections adhere to agreed payment and credit terms.
• Collect payments from customers, particularly for cheque transactions.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant sales role, preferably within the Foodservice industry.
