Role Overview

UNIMAC - United Maintenance and Contracting Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect Landscape Building to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires a professional with strong capabilities in both landscape and building architecture, complemented by a proven background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Civil 3D. The Senior Architect will be instrumental in leading multi-disciplinary projects, integrating innovative design with technical accuracy, and delivering sustainable, functional spaces from initial concept through to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and landscape design projects, ensuring a cohesive vision and execution across all phases.
• Utilize BIM tools to develop coordinated 3D models and integrated construction documentation effectively.
• Apply Civil 3D for comprehensive site planning, grading, and infrastructure modeling tasks.
• Oversee the production of detailed construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate actively with clients, external consultants, engineers, and internal teams throughout the entire design and construction lifecycle.
• Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and established sustainability standards for all projects.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural practice, with a significant focus on both landscape and building architecture. The role demands a demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring the successful integration of design innovation with technical precision. A strong commitment to delivering sustainable and functional design solutions is essential.

Technical Expertise

A proven background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) is required for developing coordinated 3D models and integrated construction documentation.
