Senior Business Analyst Investment (Charles River)

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Investment / Asset Management to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on enhancing investment management processes and Charles River Development (CRD/CRIMS) capabilities. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support and enhance CRD/CRIMS functionalities across Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, and Compliance.
• Manage Trade Blotter and end-to-end trade workflows across various markets.
• Provide support for investment products including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Mutual Funds.
• Work with Manager Workbench, PMAR, Account Groups, IBOR, Investment Compliance, and Corporate Actions.
• Support risk attribution, scenario analysis, asset allocation, security selection, and cash flow forecasting.
• Work on integrations with MSCI and other third-party data providers, including identifying and resolving data gaps.
• Support CRD enhancements, integrations, system testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to improve investment management processes.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong background in Asset Management or Investment Banking.
• Hands-on expertise with Charles River Development (CRD/CRIMS).
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams including Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
