About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Senior IT Engineer (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves providing essential IT support and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support to users contacting the help desk via phone or email.
Respond to calls and emails from end-users, troubleshooting help desk tickets for both on-site and remote users.
Investigate user problems, identify causes, determine possible solutions, and implement appropriate resolutions.
Troubleshoot applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational issues.
Research and analyze trends in help desk tickets submitted by team members.
Assist with network and PC preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain company antivirus systems to help ensure data integrity.
Coordinate daily IT requests, including adding and deleting users, maintaining email groups, and handling other miscellaneous IT-related requests.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must be Saudi Nationals.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT support and engineering roles is required.
