About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, with a strong emphasis on On-Premises environments. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing, customizing, and integrating robust CRM solutions to meet complex business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on defined business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and various external systems.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Perform data migration, system upgrades, and integration-related activities.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM, integration, and system functionality issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, integration documentation, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other application teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support application releases, deployments, and address production issues effectively.
• Adhere to development standards, version control practices, and CI/CD processes utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database development, troubleshooting, queries, and data-related activities.

Required Experience and Technical Skills

• A minimum of 9+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premises environments.
• Professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and configuration.
• Good understanding of full-stack development concepts.
