Senior Odoo Developer / Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Technical Lead with strong experience in Odoo development, Python, APIs, and system integrations.

The candidate will be responsible not only for development but also for leading the technical team and managing the delivery of Odoo projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python.
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs and other web services.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable Odoo solutions.
Lead the development team and distribute tasks based on skills and priorities.
Review code and ensure development follows best practices and coding standards.
Plan development activities, estimate effort, and track progress.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and manage technical requirements.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Take ownership of the technical delivery from planning through deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Development.
Strong Python programming skills.
Solid experience with REST APIs / Web Services.
Experience with system integrations and third-party APIs.
Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, modules, workflows, and security.
Experience with Git and software development best practices.
Experience leading developers or technical teams.
Good project planning and task management skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Odoo implementation projects.
Experience with ERP integrations.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Project Lead.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on technically while also capable of leading the development team, assigning tasks, managing priorities, and driving the project to successful delivery.
