TawanTech is seeking a Senior Officer Digital Performance to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is integral to supporting the company's digital banking and innovation initiatives.

Role Purpose

The Senior Officer Digital Performance will support the overall performance of Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI). This role involves issuing regular performance reports, conducting detailed analysis of specific initiatives, and contributing to the development of key analytical tools and reports to monitor user behavior and operational spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue monthly performance reports for Digital Banking & Innovation.
• Analyze performance data for specific digital initiatives to identify trends and insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of the monthly DBI dashboard.
• Generate analytical reports through the Digital Channels Analytics Engine, with a primary focus on user behavior.
• Assist in the preparation of DBI reports as requested by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
• Support the DBI budget process, including the issuance of monthly spend reports.

Candidate Requirements
