About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior Project Engineer FITOUT to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring that projects are completed safely and meet all defined objectives. The Senior Project Engineer achieves this through meticulous planning and scheduling, effective resource allocation and management, stringent cost control, precise technical direction, and strict compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Core Responsibilities

Manage and oversee projects from initial conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to established schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Supervise on-site activities, including the scheduling of labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential delays, risks, and issues, and implementing necessary corrective actions.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure full compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to maintain accurate records.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing timely updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and forecasting expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance overall project delivery and outcomes.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and actively promote a culture of safety awareness among project teams and subcontractors.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Operational Management Support

This role provides direct assistance to the Project Manager in overseeing critical operational management areas. These include Human Resource Management, Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, Subcontract Management, Material Procurement, and the comprehensive Management of all Projects System Assembly.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a directly relevant role.
Mandatory FITOUT experience specifically on VIP and Luxury projects.
5 years of GCC experience is considered a significant advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic project environment focused on delivering high-quality construction and fit-out projects.
