Senior QA/QC Manager

Mace is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves applying construction expertise and consultancy to a significant programme, ensuring high standards of quality management, assurance, and control. The role focuses on delivering robust quality outcomes throughout project delivery.

Project Overview

This role is integral to one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, focusing specifically on the tennis project within a major mixed-use development. The broader programme encompasses sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure. The Senior QA/QC Manager will provide senior quality leadership across the tennis project, establishing and maintaining robust quality management, assurance, and control frameworks. This ensures contractor and consultant deliverables meet the employer's requirements, regulatory standards, and handover objectives, driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and values-led quality leadership.
• Direct quality management systems, audits, inspections, and compliance assurance.
• Drive quality risk management, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes, ensuring compliant delivery outcomes.
• Supervise quality assurance programmes, audits, certification, and management system governance.
• Provide strategic quality advice, risk mitigation, and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Develop team capability through leadership, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration, supply chain assurance, and sustainability-focused delivery outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess the necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrate relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes within a project management consultancy business.
• Meet immigration and client approval requirements.
