About the Role

ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Workspace Furniture to lead business growth and project sales across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah and Dammam. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in office and workspace furniture solutions, a strong network within the KSA market, and a proven record in developing strategic client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales strategy for the Workspace Furniture business across KSA.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within corporate offices, government entities, educational institutions, healthcare, banking, and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, fit-out contractors, consultants, developers, and procurement teams.
• Manage key customer accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with estimation, design, technical, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and ensure profitable project closures.
• Ensure timely project delivery, customer satisfaction, and payment collection.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project sales team while driving high performance.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project sales, with significant expertise in Workspace/Office Furniture solutions.
• Proven experience handling large commercial office furniture projects in the KSA or GCC market.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong technical understanding of workstations, seating, storage systems, ergonomic furniture, and workplace solutions.
• Established relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, fit-out contractors, developers, and corporate procurement teams.
• Experience in Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tendering processes, project quotations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering major cities including Jeddah and Dammam. The role involves leading sales initiatives within a dynamic market focused on workspace furniture solutions. Salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
