Role Overview

The Senior Supply Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing comprehensive supply plans, managing replenishment activities, and closely monitoring inventory performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring product availability while contributing to effective supply chain decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans that align with forecasted demand.
• Manage replenishment activities and generate purchase orders to ensure consistent product availability.
• Monitor inventory performance, including inventory value, Days on Hand (DOH), stock aging, and expiry dates.
• Build and maintain inventory health reports and dashboards for management reviews and insights.
• Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to balance supply and demand.
• Support business reviews by providing detailed data analysis and actionable insights.
• Identify potential supply risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain planning parameters within ERP systems and support new product launches.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in supply chain planning and demonstrate analytical proficiency. The position requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or a similar field.
