About the Role

Mhero KSA, a new division of Al Ghurair, is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the day-to-day performance of the showroom, driving business growth, and managing a diverse team within the automotive sector. The Showroom Manager will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, achieving business targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day showroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Take ownership of showroom sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business targets.
• Manage, motivate, and develop employees across Sales, Aftersales, Service, and Parts departments.
• Monitor showroom performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with key customers.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments to maximize business opportunities.
• Monitor the showroom budget, expenses, profitability, and operational costs.
• Identify new opportunities, strengthen market presence, and contribute to the showroom’s growth strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular performance reports and collaborate closely with senior management and Head Office to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in branch management, dealership operations, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams while maintaining high levels of performance.
• Automotive Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive sales, aftersales, service, and parts operations.
• Business Acumen: Experience managing showroom revenue, profitability, budgets, and operating expenses while achieving business targets.
• Performance Driven: Strong experience in monitoring KPIs, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Customer Focus: Ability to build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Strategic Thinking: Able to identify business opportunities, analyze performance, and implement effective improvement plans.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Saudi Market Experience: Previous experience working in the Saudi automotive market is highly preferred.
• Chinese Automotive Experience: Experience with Chinese automotive brands is considered a strong advantage.
