Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on providing excellent customer service within the showroom environment, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience from initial reception through to product delivery and after-sales support. This includes managing showroom operations, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with various team members to facilitate sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, introduce them to Jazeera Paints products, and assist with product selection, color coordination, and quantity calculation.
• Process customer orders, issue invoices, and ensure proper delivery of goods, coordinating with showroom assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness, ensuring all marketing materials like brochures and catalogs are available.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage online customer requests and update the e-commerce platform, considering item availability and stock levels.
• Ensure adequate stock of all items, particularly fast-moving products, by adhering to inventory policies (minimum/maximum levels, first-in, first-out) to prevent dead stock.
• Report missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Arrange goods in warehouses according to policy to maintain accurate stock levels and facilitate periodic inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required and deposit daily cash sales into the company account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitor activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Adhere to all company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute all functions in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active engagement within the showroom and coordination with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
