Introduction to the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring an excellent customer experience and achieving sales objectives within the showroom environment.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting customer needs, and ensuring a high level of service both before and after sales. This includes facilitating the proper delivery of goods and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.

Key Sales and Customer Engagement Responsibilities

• Greet customers inside the showroom and maintain a high standard of service.
• Guide customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, and securing their orders.
• Calculate required quantities and assist customers in coordinating colors and products according to their specific needs.
• Facilitate the invoicing process and ensure proper delivery of goods to customers.
• Achieve sales targets as per the established sales plan and commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and stock levels.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Keep the showroom organized and clean at all times, and ensure all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Secure and maintain a good stock of all items, especially fast-moving ones, to serve customers efficiently.
• Apply the policy for making orders from warehouses based on minimum and maximum stock levels, and adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure the proper arrangement of goods in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.

Reporting and Compliance

• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to depositing any sales cash amount daily into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Implement all company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

General Duties and Collaboration

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining overall order and tidiness in the showroom. This role also involves cooperating with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items. The representative is expected to provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop and enhance the sales process and value, execute all activities related to the function using safe and environmentally sound methods, and perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
