Role Overview

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced ServiceNow & Dynatrace Automation and Observability Architect to lead enterprise architecture, integration, and automation initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on establishing an integrated, closed-loop operating model that connects Dynatrace observability and Davis AI with ServiceNow ITSM for intelligent event correlation, incident management, orchestration, and automated remediation across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Design end-to-end integration between Dynatrace and ServiceNow for event management, incident creation, and automated remediation.
• Lead enterprise observability strategy using Dynatrace SaaS across infrastructure, applications, and networks.
• Implement AIOps capabilities, Davis AI-driven event correlation, anomaly detection, and automated root-cause analysis.
• Establish telemetry collection, enrichment, routing, retention, sampling, and cost optimization standards.
• Align CMDB/CSDM with monitored services to enable effective event correlation and service visibility.
• Define SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and proactive alerting strategies.
• Establish automation governance, testing, rollback, audit, and change-management controls.
• Provide architecture leadership, conduct design reviews, and engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant technology experience, including 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow and observability solutions.
• Strong architectural governance, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Dynatrace SaaS, Davis AI, APM, infrastructure monitoring, and event management.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with enterprise observability covering metrics, logs, traces, and events.
• Knowledge of AIOps, event correlation, closed-loop automation, and auto-remediation.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, service mesh, and cloud-native observability.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V.

Certifications

• Required:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

• Preferred:

  • ServiceNow CAD, CTA, or CMA.
  • Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or TOGAF.
