Initial Facilities Management is seeking experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisors to manage field teams and ensure high-quality maintenance performance across multiple sites in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily softscape and irrigation maintenance activities.
• Manage workforce productivity and task allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
• Monitor irrigation systems, fertilization, and plant health.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Engineer and report site progress.
• Ensure HSE compliance and site discipline.
• Handle client observations and close comments promptly.
• Maintain daily site records and submit weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Agriculture or relevant field.
• Minimum 3–6 years in landscape maintenance.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Willingness to work across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Tabuk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of maintenance operations in NCC premises nationwide.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise daily maintenance of NCC facilities including clinics and labs.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, technical supervision and custodial support.
• Monitor compliance with service level agreements and prepare budget recommendations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and suggest improvements to existing procedures.
• Manage supplies and stock for the maintenance team and coordinate construction projects.

Work Environment:

• Indoors: 20%
• Outdoors: 80%
• 6 Working Days per week
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have:

• BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Diploma.
• 3 Years of Experience in MEP Engineering field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Basic Auto CAD.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
