Role Overview

Eaton is seeking a Specification Sales Engineer PMCC for LV Switchgear / Busway systems in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role involves promoting and selling LV switchgear and Busway systems within the Commercial & Infrastructure segments through authorized panel builders and busway partners. It combines technical expertise with sales and relationship management to support panel builders, contractors, consultants, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell LV switchgear and busway systems in commercial and infrastructure segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business growth.
• Identify and engage with consultants, contractors, end-users, and panel builders to generate leads and build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers and panel builders.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop customized and optimized LV switchgear proposals for project acquisition.
• Track the project pipeline from tender to execution and ensure timely follow-up for order conversion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales technical support and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to enhance business positioning.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or technical roles related to LV switchgear and busway systems.
