Sr/Sales Representative Oncology

About the Role

Novartis is seeking a Sr/Sales Representative- Oncology to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on improving outcomes for patients with breast cancer by partnering with healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will combine scientific knowledge with customer insight and commercial excellence to deliver impact for patients and contribute to sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales and market-share objectives within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential healthcare professionals and stakeholders using data and customer insight.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, medical influencers, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead value-based conversations, both in person and virtually, to understand customer needs, decision drivers, challenges, and opportunities.
• Personalize and orchestrate customer journeys across relevant channels, utilizing approved content and customer preferences.
• Partner with healthcare professionals to enhance the patient journey and provide support to the right patient at the right time.
• Meet agreed contact, coverage, frequency, and customer-engagement targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of successful pharmaceutical sales experience in a specialty environment is essential.
• Experience in oncology or breast cancer is considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• A high-achievement mindset with a strong ability to translate strategy and insight into action.
