About the Role of Talent Hunter

Sisco is seeking a Talent Hunter to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition. The primary objective is to identify, attract, and engage suitable talent to meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source suitable candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, databases, and referrals.
Identify prospective candidates based on specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate against role requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand manpower needs.
Engage prospective candidates and effectively communicate relevant job opportunities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment progress regularly.
Support interview coordination and follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
Talent Sourcing: Ability to identify suitable candidates across multiple sourcing channels.
Candidate Screening: Ability to evaluate profiles against role-specific requirements.
Recruitment Platforms: Working knowledge of job portals, databases, and professional networking platforms.
Candidate Mapping: Ability to map relevant talent pools for targeted requirements.
Candidate Engagement: Ability to communicate opportunities and maintain candidate interest throughout the hiring process.
