Technology Presales Specialist

About the Role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a Technology Presales Specialist to join our client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their technology needs and providing tailored solutions. The specialist will collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling presentations and demonstrations of products and services.

Role Overview

The Technology Presales Specialist will support the sales team by identifying customer requirements, designing appropriate technology solutions, and preparing technical proposals. This position requires approximately 3 years of experience and involves working closely with sales teams, customers, vendors, and technical departments to deliver solutions that align with both business needs and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business needs and technical requirements.
• Design and recommend appropriate technology solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, and responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and support the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to validate solution feasibility and specifications.
• Participate in customer meetings and respond to technical inquiries.
• Support the sales team in preparing solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and commercial proposals.
• Stay updated on technology trends, products, and industry developments.
• Support the handover of awarded projects to implementation and delivery teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in technology presales, IT solutions, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of IT products, services, and technology solutions relevant to the business.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals and delivering customer presentations.
