About the Role

Placemaker is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational consumer goods business for a Territory Sales Supervisor. This full-time, field-based position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working directly with distributors to achieve commercial objectives. The role is suited for individuals who thrive in a market-close environment and are focused on translating commercial plans into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales performance across the assigned territory.
Collaborate with distributor sales teams to drive growth across multiple product categories.
Cultivate relationships across wholesale, key accounts, and general trade channels.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper representation in the market.
Support the execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
Identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions when performance deviates from targets.
Analyze sales and market data to provide insights and recommendations.
Coach distributor sales teams to enhance their performance.
Monitor distribution standards, stock availability, and execution quality throughout the territory.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or commercial roles.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with distributors and manage sales teams.
Experience in the consumer goods sector is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role within the commercial team, requiring direct engagement with the market and various trade channels in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time.
