About the Role

ABYATONA Real Estates, a prominent company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ticket Agent to join its team. This is a full-time position dedicated to managing all aspects of corporate travel for our personnel, ensuring seamless and efficient arrangements.

Role Purpose and Context

The Ticket Agent will be instrumental in facilitating the travel needs of employees, from initial booking to post-travel support. This role requires a proactive approach to coordinating complex itineraries, processing various travel-related transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will ensure that all travel logistics are handled with precision and in a timely manner, directly contributing to the operational efficiency of the company, particularly in supporting project mobilization/demobilization and VIP travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international flight bookings.
• Book hotels, transportation, and other essential travel services.
• Process ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissues efficiently.
• Coordinate all travel requests in collaboration with employees, HR, and external travel agencies.
• Ensure the completeness and validity of all necessary travel documents and approvals.
• Maintain accurate travel records and prepare basic travel reports as required.
• Provide support for project mobilization/demobilization travel and VIP arrangements.
• Assist in resolving any travel-related issues and ensure the timely delivery of services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate ticketing or travel management.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Experience within the construction or real estate industry is considered an advantage.
