About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for driving sales, profit, and space growth for all Almarai product groups across the GCC region. The role involves coordinating national and regional product promotions and developing effective category and product planograms.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance Almarai's market presence and profitability by implementing strategic trade marketing initiatives. This includes creating consumer-focused merchandising solutions based on the latest category management principles to deliver increased sales and profit growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage GCC-wide promotional plans and annual calendars.
Oversee the execution of promotions across all regions, ensuring alignment with key accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance, to deliver effective promotions.
Monitor performance and present monthly reports on the impact of promotional activities.
Create and maintain merchandising plans, schedules, and planograms for GCC markets.
Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) listings, sponsorships, and events with relevant teams.
Ensure merchandising excellence through collaboration with various divisions and key accounts.
Coach sales teams to improve execution and optimize stock, distribution, and waste control.
Analyze and report monthly on the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on market growth and product promotion across the GCC.
