The Role: Van Sales Supervisor

Binzagr CORO is seeking a Van Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the Van Sales team across Saudi Arabia (KSA). This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on achieving sales, volume, and distribution targets while ensuring effective market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Van Sales team to achieve assigned sales, volume, and distribution targets.
• Plan and manage daily routes and customer coverage to maximize productivity.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure effective execution of route plans, productive visits, promotions, and trade activities.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Van Sales Representatives through regular field visits.
• Monitor sales productivity, strike rate, average invoice value, and SKU penetration.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution excellence in the market.
• Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, route planning, and market execution.
