Vibe Coding Coop Program Overview

This internship program is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in gaining practical exposure to AI-assisted development and automation within a fintech environment. The program is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and offers an opportunity to work directly with production code and contribute to internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a new internal Operations application end-to-end, utilizing AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, from specification to deployment.
• Design and implement agent loops, which are multi-step AI agents with tool access, to automate recurring manual tasks in Operations or Support.
• Ship features on the core platform, with all changes subject to review by senior engineers before merging.
• Create automation scripts to eliminate manual work in reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Work within the existing codebase, adhering to Git/PR workflows, where every change undergoes review similar to those from other engineers.
• Document architecture, prompts/agent configurations, and handover notes to ensure the maintainability of tools post-internship.
