About The Chefz and the Role

The Chefz is seeking a highly capable Warehouse Manager to lead its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our logistics and supply chain, ensuring seamless operations for daily activities and peak seasons.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and control all warehouse operations comprehensively. This involves ensuring efficient storage, accurate handling of both inbound and outbound activities, upholding operational discipline, optimizing space utilization, and guaranteeing readiness to support daily operations and peak seasons effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full ownership of daily warehouse operations.
• Manage all receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure proper storage practices, optimal layout, and efficient space utilization.
• Enforce established warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and operational discipline.
• Supervise warehouse supervisors and operational staff.
• Coordinate closely with the Inventory Manager regarding stock accuracy and movements.
• Liaise with the Dispatch & Receiving Supervisor to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods.
• Ensure the warehouse is fully prepared and ready to operate efficiently during peak periods and campaigns.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and overall operational performance.
• Report any operational risks, delays, or capacity issues promptly.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in warehouse management.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume operations effectively under pressure.
