About the Role

Oxygen 8 Recruitment is seeking an Account Director, Healthcare Creative Communications & Social, to join a leading international, independent agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves senior ownership of client relationships and account performance within the healthcare sector, focusing on creative, communications, and social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Owning client relationships at a senior level, providing strategic counsel, and presenting with confidence.
Leading, motivating, and coaching account teams to strengthen delivery.
Managing accounts profitably and identifying opportunities for growth.
Overseeing day-to-day workflow to ensure projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Collaborating across creative, communications, and social teams to deliver integrated work.
Acting as a trusted senior point of contact, identifying and resolving problems early.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in health communications client services, as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of high-profile creative, communications, and social campaigns.
