About BD and Advanced Patient Monitoring

Account Manager APM Role Overview

BD is seeking an Account Manager APM (Advanced Patient Monitoring) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and developing accounts within a defined territory or portfolio to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets in alignment with the overall sales strategy. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the assigned portfolio share and achieve the annual sales budget within designated accounts.
  • Manage NUPCO tenders and ensure successful enlistment of APM products.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities across various sectors within the assigned territory through direct orders and tenders.
  • Address and resolve issues that may impact timely delivery within the assigned area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate product availability to hospitals through effective sales team coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Ensure appropriate promotion and product awareness among relevant healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a compliant and ethical manner.
  • Develop and optimize all sales channels, ensuring prompt responses to customer requests and market needs.
  • Adhere to BD’s professional, ethical, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical/paramedical or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the medical devices industry.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NUPCO tenders and product enlistment.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, including engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
  • High commitment to ethical standards and responsiveness to customer and market demands.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, with potential coverage including Medina.
