Account Manager Enterprise & MCN

About the Role

Ericsson KSA is seeking an Account Manager - Enterprise & MCN to join the Customer Unit Team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities within the Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks sector, with a focus on establishing market leadership across key verticals such as Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense in Saudi Arabia. The Account Manager will report to the KAM Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Position Ericsson as a technology leader and grow business within Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks.
• Generate profitable sales and develop long-term business relationships.
• Identify and secure short-, mid-, and long-term business opportunities for profitable growth, collaborating with the EMEA MCN Business Development expert team.
• Create and improve customer relationships.
• Apply Go-to-Market models and competitive commercial strategies.
• Lead with integrity to serve Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks customers and offer best-in-class solutions.
• Drive negotiation in both private and public procurement scenarios.
• Identify and leverage market opportunities to establish and strengthen leadership within targeted verticals.
• Drive orders booked, net sales, profitability, and cash flow, including effective management of working capital.
• Develop a deep understanding of existing and potential customers' businesses, operations, and objectives to tailor solutions.

Sales Coordination

• Lead and orchestrate sales engagements across the Gulf geography.
• Ensure a unified and coordinated approach with the EMEA MCN Business Development expert team.
• Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess more than 10 years of relevant experience.
