About the Role

Ericsson is seeking an Account Manager for Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks to join the Customer Unit Team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, with responsibilities extending to Dammam. The Account Manager will report to the KAM Enterprise and focus on identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities while establishing market leadership within key verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Position Ericsson as a technology leader, grow business, and build strong customer relationships.
• Generate profitable sales and develop long-term business in Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks.
• Identify and secure short-, mid-, and long-term business opportunities for profitable growth in collaboration with the EMEA MCN Business Development expert team.
• Create and improve customer relationships.
• Apply Go-to-Market models and competitive commercial models and strategies.
• Lead with integrity to serve Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks customers and offer best-in-class solutions.
• Drive negotiation in both private and public procurement scenarios.
• Identify and leverage market opportunities to establish and strengthen leadership within targeted verticals such as Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense.
• Drive orders booked, net sales, profitability, and cash flow, including effective management of working capital.
• Develop a deep understanding of existing and potential customers' businesses, operations, and objectives to tailor solutions.
• Lead and orchestrate sales engagements across the Gulf geography, ensuring a unified and coordinated approach with the EMEA MCN Business Development expert team.
• Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Location

This role is a full-time position within Ericsson's Customer Unit Team in Saudi Arabia. The primary location is Riyadh, with business activities covering Dammam and the broader Gulf region.
