About the Role

Midis Group is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the entire lifecycle of Kyriba customers, from the moment they sign their SaaS agreement through ongoing engagement and renewal. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for professionals looking to build a career in account management within a dynamic environment.

Role Scope and Impact

The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer success and growth across five key areas. These include efficient onboarding and platform go-live, identifying and securing upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional modules and users, maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive support, achieving strong retention and renewal rates, and managing the operational aspects of the assigned book of business. This role is critical in fostering long-term customer relationships and contributing to regional targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Facilitate handover calls between Kyriba sales, presales, and implementation partners. Take ownership of customer accounts, create project trackers, act as Executive Sponsor, and participate in Steering Committee meetings to ensure rapid and efficient customer go-live.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Achieve defined upsell and cross-sell targets by identifying whitespace opportunities and engaging cross-functional experts (*, working capital, cash, payments, risk) to expand Kyriba's footprint with existing customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor platform utilization, ensure customers derive expected value, secure executive engagement to increase adoption across customer organizations, facilitate team training, and conduct regular health checks.
  • Customer Support: Ensure Kyriba Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained. Act as the initial escalation point for customer-raised issues or tickets not properly managed, and liaise with the Kyriba support team when necessary.
  • Reference Management: Serve as the single point of contact for all regional and global customer reference requests. Collaborate with customers to develop and publish case studies and build a regional use case library.
  • Renewals: Maintain a high retention rate for existing customers and ensure the Kyriba book of business grows year-over-year in line with annual regional targets. Manage customer churn by increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for renewing customers.
  • Book of Business Operations: Maintain detailed and comprehensive reports of all transactions and customer agreements for Kyriba and Midis finance and operations teams. Collaborate closely with Midis finance to ensure timely invoice payments from customers.
  • Marketing, Events, and Awards: Work with customers to enhance participation in Kyriba or Kyriba-sponsored events, roundtables, publications, and announcements. Nominate customers and/or customer projects for prestigious industry awards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
