Role Overview

The Entry Level Accountant will play a supporting role in the daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the accounting system. This position is designed for a fresh graduate or an individual with minimal experience, providing a foundation in core accounting practices and financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Help track expenses and budgets.
• Assist in payroll data preparation, if required.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, demonstrating a foundational understanding of accounting principles and a strong willingness to learn and develop within the finance sector.
