The Role of Accounts Receivable Accountant

The Accounts Receivable Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining Mnzil's financial health and supporting its growth. This full-time position, located in Riyadh, focuses on ensuring accurate invoicing, diligent payment tracking, and timely follow-up on overdue balances. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes in line with contract terms.
• Record incoming payments and match them to the correct invoices.
• Follow up on overdue balances with clients and internal teams.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports, collection updates, and short-term cash flow forecasts.
• Support month-end close processes, VAT documentation (ZATCA), and audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in an accounts receivable or related accounting role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and collections efficiently.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
