About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator (Saudi National) to join its PMCM team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to supporting the administration and management of project contracts across significant Airport, Infrastructure, and Airfield projects.

Role Context and Team Integration

The Contract Administrator will ensure that all contractual requirements, notices, correspondence, submissions, approvals, variations, claims, and commercial obligations are properly managed, recorded, and tracked in accordance with the Contract and project procedures. This position requires close collaboration with various internal teams, including Commercial, Cost, Contracts, Planning, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Controls, and Project Management, as well as external Contractors, Consultants, and Client representatives.

Contract Administration and Compliance

  • Administer project contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract registers, records, and communication logs.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, notices, submission requirements, and deadlines.
  • Prepare, issue, and track contractual correspondence and notices.
  • Maintain records of all contractual communications with the Client, Contractors, and Consultants.
  • Monitor Contractor and Subcontractor compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Review contractual documentation and identify potential risks and obligations.
  • Maintain an organized and auditable contract administration system.

Variations, Claims, and Commercial Coordination

  • Support the preparation and administration of Variations/Change Orders, maintaining relevant registers and tracking statuses.
  • Support the preparation, review, and submission of claims, including tracking Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and related correspondence.
  • Coordinate closely with Commercial and Cost teams regarding financial and contractual impacts, ensuring changes are reflected in commercial records.
  • Support commercial meetings and prepare minutes and action trackers.
  • Assist in the preparation of contractual reports, dashboards, and final account documentation.
  • Escalate overdue approvals, responses, and contractual actions to the relevant management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in contract administration or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex contractual requirements and procedures.

Project Focus

This full-time role is integral to the PMCM team, focusing on significant Airport, Infrastructure, and Airfield projects. The Contract Administrator will contribute to ensuring seamless contract execution and compliance within a dynamic project environment.
