Architect

About the Role

Alpha Cornerstone Company is seeking an Architect to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in the field. The role focuses on contributing to various construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Participate in fit-out projects, overseeing the implementation of interior designs and finishes.
• Engage with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of projects.
• Support contracting projects through various stages of development and execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-6 years of experience, with a preference for experience gained within the GCC or Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated experience in Construction, Fit-Out, MEP, and Contracting Projects.

Required Skills

• Strong technical skills relevant to architectural design and project execution.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625.
