دار الرياض | Dar Al Riyadh is seeking an Architectural Inspector to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves ensuring the quality and consistency of architectural and finishing works across various building types.

Role Overview

The Architectural Inspector will be responsible for the detailed inspection of architectural and finishing elements in residential, commercial, and amenity buildings. This position requires a strong focus on verifying adherence to approved designs and quality standards on large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect architectural and finishing works across residential, commercial, and amenity buildings.
• Review architectural Requests for Inspection against approved drawings, samples, and mockups.
• Conduct inspections of masonry, plastering, ceilings, flooring, painting, stone, joinery, doors, glazing, and facade interfaces.
• Verify alignment, levels, dimensions, tolerances, appearance, and workmanship.
• Ensure consistency across repetitive villas, townhouses, and apartment units.
• Prepare punch lists and monitor contractor rectification progress.
• Maintain comprehensive inspection reports, photographs, and quality records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of architectural inspection experience.
• Demonstrated experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, residential units, commercial spaces, and quality tolerances.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, schedules, specifications, and approved mockups.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time schedule, focusing on on-site inspections and quality assurance within significant development projects.
