About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant for the Chanel brand in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets through expert product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of counter presentation and stock management. The role requires 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster strong customer loyalty.
• Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, uses, and services, and assess customer needs to provide appropriate assistance.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their individual needs and demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets, leveraging make-up knowledge and sales techniques.
• Track sell-out targets and post-launch sales performance at the store level, and generate daily sales reports.
• Ensure merchandising levels comply with brand guidelines and oversee in-store stock replenishment.
• Report stock shortages using the designated stock order form and ensure stock receipt adheres to set procedures.
• Participate in achieving incentives and maintain excellent grooming standards.

Candidate Profile

• 0-1 years of experience in a beauty consultant or sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Proficiency in managing stock, handling new product launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Commitment to maintaining excellent grooming standards.
