About the Role

Pinnacle Infotech is seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP BIM Coordinator to join the Janadriyah Project team in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on leading MEP BIM coordination activities. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration with Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines, supporting project delivery through effective BIM implementation and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: BIM Coordination and Model Management

The BIM Coordinator will manage and execute all aspects of BIM coordination and model quality, including:

• Coordinate MEP BIM models with Architectural, Structural, and other project disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements.
• Review and validate MEP models for accuracy, constructability, completeness, and coordination readiness.
• Coordinate design changes and ensure timely updates to BIM models and project deliverables.
• Monitor model quality and ensure adherence to project standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
• Manage model revisions, federated models, and data consistency across disciplines.
• Track, document, and resolve BIM coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate clash detection reports, coordination reports, and progress updates for project stakeholders.
• Maintain records of RFIs, design changes, BIM deliverables, and coordination decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement and Project Delivery

This role involves significant interaction with various project parties and direct support for project execution:

• Act as the primary BIM representative between the site team, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support construction teams through model reviews, technical clarifications, and BIM-related issue resolution.
• Participate in site meetings, coordination workshops, and multidisciplinary review sessions.
• Facilitate effective communication between design and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the production of coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs in accordance with project schedules and milestones.
• Assist in implementing BIM best practices and continuously improving project workflows and coordination processes.

Required Experience and Competencies

Candidates should possess the following experience and demonstrate these key competencies:

• Proven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and construction-stage project delivery.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience working on projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and project standards.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Work Location and Project Context

The selected candidate will be required to work at the project site in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia. While accommodation may be provided in Riyadh, candidates must be comfortable commuting to and working from the project location. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a landmark project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
