About the Role

Khibraty is seeking a Board Election & Shareholder Communications Advisor to provide support to individual board members seeking re-election within a Saudi closed joint-stock company. This full-time consultancy role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to assist board members in their re-election efforts by developing strategic positioning, key messages, and communication materials. The advisor will also provide coaching to candidates on effective delivery of their message to shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the company's strategy and financial performance to inform communication efforts.
• Develop distinct positioning, key messages, and an electoral program tailored for each candidate.
• Prepare shareholder presentations, speeches, and concise communication materials.
• Formulate evidence-based responses to challenging questions concerning performance, accountability, and potential conflicts of interest.
• Coach candidates on effective presentation delivery and managing Q&A sessions.

Engagement Details

This is a short-term consultancy engagement with all deliverables required within a 5-day timeframe. The scope of work is focused on content development and coaching. Activities such as publishing, advertising, and direct shareholder outreach are excluded from this engagement. Consultants should confirm their availability and any team support required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in communications, advisory, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic positioning and communication materials.
• Experience in coaching individuals on presentation and public speaking skills.
