About the Role

Al Khater Group is seeking a Branch In-Charge for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is central to managing the overall performance and operations of the branch, ensuring it meets its sales and profitability targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Branch In-Charge is responsible for the comprehensive management of branch activities. This includes overseeing sales, cultivating strong customer relationships, handling administrative tasks, coordinating inventory, managing collections, and ensuring smooth logistics and daily operations. The position requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive the branch's sales and profitability to achieve set targets.
Ensure efficient and high-quality customer service is consistently delivered.
Oversee all administrative activities within the branch.
Coordinate inventory management effectively.
Manage collection processes.
Supervise logistics operations.
Ensure proper coordination with the factory and head office.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar management or supervisory role.
Demonstrated ability to manage sales and achieve profitability targets.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Proficiency in administrative activities, inventory coordination, collections, and logistics.
