About the Business Development Executive Role

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business ventures. The Executive will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and developing strategic partnerships that align with Procapita Group's business goals. This involves a proactive approach to market engagement and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Actively seek out new sales leads and establish partnerships to enhance brand presence.
Analyze market trends, business needs, and financial aspects to evaluate potential deals.
Develop negotiation strategies and close business deals that align with company objectives.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
