Business Development Manager EPC

About the Role

Michael Page is seeking a Business Development Manager - EPC to join a highly regarded engineering and management consulting business in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering contract management, claims, dispute resolution, and advisory services across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will leverage an established network to generate, develop, and close strategic consulting opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.

Company Overview

Our client is a well-established professional services consultancy providing specialist advisory solutions to the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. They are known for delivering expert support in contract management, claims, dispute resolution, and commercial advisory, partnering with developers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on complex projects within the region. This role reports directly to the Business Development Director and is key to driving commercial growth across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and major project stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and generate new revenue streams.
• Lead the full business development cycle, from lead generation through to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
• Work closely with technical and operational teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Manage and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Saudi market.
• Support prequalification, vendor registration, tender, and consultant registration processes.
• Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant business development role, ideally within the EPC, construction, or infrastructure consulting sectors. A proven track record of generating and closing strategic opportunities is required.
